Rice pudding is a dessert enjoyed by people of different cultures all over the world, originating in Asia. It is made by combining rice with a sweetener and other ingredients often including milk.

In a 4-cup glass measure micro-melt 2 tablespoons butter 30 to 40 seconds; stir in pie filling, lemon juice, and 1/3 cup water. Spread in 12×7 ½ x2-inch baking dish; set aside.
