I've always wondered what is considered "free range" VS "cage free" when it comes to buying eggs. This answers many of my questions. Also, who regulates the word "organic" on food products? What if it says "natural" instead of "organic". What's the difference there?

Thanks to the ever-watchful feds (EPA), this has been approved for public consumption. All in all, this is one more reason to buy organic foods.
