The Blossoming Lotus Restaurants are vegan restaurants in Kapa'a, Hawai'i and Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2002, the restaurants offer "Vegan World Fusion Cuisine", organic, GMO-free, and locally grown gourmet vegan and live food popularized by founder and chef Mark Reinfeld.

I eat a lot of organic food, and I found a snack bar that is 100% organic, raw and certified vegan. It was also very good. I’ve tried many different products like this, but these were, by far, the best. They’re called “Purebars.”
