A nice breakfast recipe.

Just got my 50th review on this recipe I created--it was also published in the Dec/Jan 2008 of Light & Tasty. It's on the spicy side, so if you prefer it mild, cut back on the cayenne and ground pepper (white and black).

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. And because I can't nosh on a chocolate croissant from the local cafe or enjoy decadent pancakes while dining out, I create my own fave breakfast - crepes. In preparation for my upcoming trip to France, I created this yummy breakfast recipe:
