Bobby flay food network

On the Food Network, Bobby Flay shows how to make tostones, or fried green plantains. Ask any Latino what tostones are (or patacones in South America) and they will know what you are talking about. However, Bobby's dipping sauce is not what Latinos commonly use. Check out my recipes and thoughts here, and don't forget to digg it. thanks
Bobby Flay is the famous US chef and restaurant owner. He was born in Manhattan, NY and began his career with Joe Allen, in his restaurant in the Theatre District. Later on Bobby studied at the French Culinary Institute and was to partner with a number of restaurant owners.
I was watching the food network the other day and saw Bobby Flay throwdown with The Wing King. Bobby lost, but with his defeat, I learned some valuable lessons.
Scandalous, humourous. Features Rachel Ray, Giada, Bobby Flay and other Food Network faves.
All about the hidden lies of his show, Throwdown. First of all, Food Network lies to the chefs, telling them that they want to do a show about them. At no time is Bobby Flay or a challenge mentioned. Just "we wanna do a show all about you". And once the cameras are rolling, in walks Flay - without warning - to challenge the chef to a cook-off.
