Pork rind (known as pork scratchings in the United Kingdom) is the skin of a pig. Cooked, this may be either eaten warm with a meal, or served cold as a snack. In both forms any fat attached to the skin at the time of frying is absorbed in the process.

A simple dish where the stir-fry of the chinese cabbage and pork was made with the microwave oven. The washing one is few and easy because it ends without preparing the frying-pan. Because oil is not used, it is good also for the body.

Preparing this Barbecued Pork Spare Ribs took quite some time but definitely worth the wait. It oozes tantalizing sweetness to any meal and in my opinion best served right out of the oven (or in my case Microwave Oven). It tasted so much different and tender as compared to purchasing it from the coffee shop where it is hung for most likely hours...
