Bear Wallow Wilderness is set in Arizona's Apache National Forest, part of the Alpine District Trails. Several miles of trails of moderate difficulty lead through a picturesque and fairly secluded trout-laden creeks and campgrounds, into desert canyons and forests and up to the San Carlos Indian Reservation.

Coles Creek State Park is located on the St. Lawrence River on the west bank of Coles Creek. This state park is in the Town of Waddington in St. Lawrence County, New York.The park offers a beach, picnic tables with pavilions, a nature trail, recreation programs, seasonal waterfowl and deer hunting, fishing and ice fishing, a campground with tent and trailer sites, a marina and boat launch with dockage and boat rentals, and a food concession.
