Panera Bread announces new additions to their fall menu lineup. The menu items will be available beginning August 30.

One day a few years ago I was sitting in Panera bread with some co-workers o ’ mine and I wondered aloud if there was a Star Wars-themed restaurant. We didn’t know if there was (I still don’t, I’m too lazy to look), so we imagined what would be on the menu if there was such a thing.

Panera Bread recently introduced its latest menu offering, the Grilled Salmon Salad, available at all 13 Panera Bread bakery-cafes in Eastern North Carolina. The fresh addition to Panera's menu contains a variety of nutritional benefits for customers and comes in at a mere 340 calories per serving.
