
Parmigiana is typically veal or chicken breast which is crumbed, deep (or shallow) fried and topped with a red napoli tomato sauce and cheese. It then can be grilled or baked until the cheese is bubbly and brown. Parmigiana is often served with french fries, potato chips, salad, or even sometimes vegetables.
