TrimSpa settled with the FTC for $1.5 million for deceptive advertising claims and now a hoodia insider says that is just the beginning. Apparently, the FTC is actively investigating companies that produce and market hoodia supplements. The FTC essentially wants companies to stop exaggerating what hoodia diet pills can do for weight loss.
